This policy explains what Reochart collects and how it's used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Your email (for sign-in), the chart data and assets you create, your exports, and basic usage/analytics needed to operate and improve the product. Payments are handled by our payments provider; we don't store card numbers.

How we use it

To render and deliver your exports, run your account, provide support, and understand product usage in aggregate. We don't sell your data.

Storage & retention

Your exports and chart data are stored so you can access your history. You can delete any chart, which removes its record. Deleting your account removes your data on request.

Third parties

We use service providers for authentication, database, file storage, payments, and analytics, each processing data only to provide their function.

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data anytime. Contact privacy@reochart.com.
