Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Reochart Pro. We want the policy to be clear and fair, so you always know where you stand before you pay.
Try before you pay
Reochart has a genuinely free plan that includes all 16 visual types, so you can fully evaluate the product (make charts, preview the animations, and export) before deciding to upgrade. We strongly encourage you to use the free plan first to confirm Reochart is right for you.
Subscriptions & renewals
Reochart Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the link in any Reochart receipt. When you cancel, you keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
Refunds
Because the free plan lets you evaluate Reochart before paying, we generally do not refund subscription payments for time that has already elapsed. That said, we want you to be happy:
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund it in full.
- Technical failure. If a defect on our side prevented you from using Pro and we could not resolve it, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you on a fair resolution, including a refund where appropriate.
- Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
How to request a refund
Email support@reochart.com from the address on your account, with your order or receipt number and a short description. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments for Reochart Pro are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and is the seller of record for the transaction. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds within 60 days of a purchase to prevent or resolve payment disputes.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
