Terms of Service

Welcome to Reochart. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Reochart lets you turn data into animated and static visuals that you can download and share.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login email secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Don't use Reochart to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates others' rights. Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the rendering service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and assets (including logos) you upload. You grant Reochart the limited rights needed to render, store, and deliver your exports. You are responsible for having the rights to any logo or content you upload.

Plans & payment

Free and Pro plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice.

Watermark

Exports on the Free plan include a Reochart watermark. Pro removes it and allows your own brand logo.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Reochart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
